10.     AN ORDINANCE, amending Chapter 16, MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AND SERVICES, Sections 16-20 and 16-37, relative to the handling of Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) the purpose of this amendment is to minimize sewer system failures and surcharges, caused by FOG which can create Dry Weather Discharges that may potentially result in public health concerns.
