L3.       WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Oliveira requesting, that the Traffic Commission address at its next meeting, the high speed traffic that exists on Tarkiln Hill Road between Acushnet Avenue and Ashley Boulevard and that the Commission consider locating STOP SIGNS at the corner of Tarkiln Hill Road and Orleans Street heading east, and at Tarkiln Hill Road and Pine Grove Street heading west, this request is in light of a recent accident between a motorist and school bus that fortunately did not result in injury.  (To be Referred to the Traffic Commission and Police Chief Provencher.)
