12. WRITTEN MOTION, Council President Gomes, requesting, that Mayor Mitchell, Parks, Recreation and Beaches Director Rapoza and DPI Commissioner Labelle, post signage notifying the closing time for the new harbor walk and bike path, “CLOSING AT SUNDOWN” and “NO TRESPASSING” and that anyone violating the Notices will be subject to immediate arrest; and further, that Animal Control issue citations for those violating the pooper scooper law; and furthermore, that surveillance cameras be installed at the highest point along East Rodney French Boulevard for additional security in the day and nighttime hours.
