WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Carney, Abreu, Winterson, Morad, and Martins, requesting that the Fire Chief be invited to the Committee on Public Safety and Neighborhoods to discuss the public safety issues regarding the proposed brownouts and provide a scheduled list of closings, hours of closure and what fire stations are going be affected.
