8.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Lopes, requesting that Superintendent Pia Durkin provide the members of the City Council with a complete list of New Bedford Public Schools that have Wrap Around Managers in place, as well as the criteria and justification for the position, and a complete list of schools that have out of district students, the number of ELL students in each school, as well as the 2015/2016 school testing calendar.  (To be Referred to Superintendent Pia Durkin.)
