10.       WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Carney, Abreu, Lopes, Winterson, requesting that the Personnel Director, Sandy Vezina, supply the Members of the Committee on Finance, with a list of ALL City Personnel, that do not reside in the City, and further, the list should include City Personnel that have Waivers, and are the waivers permanent, yearly or if said employee is a Union Member, including the Police and Fire Unions; furthermore, that AFSCME, Police and Fire Residency contract terms be included with said list.  (To be Referred to the Committee on Finance.)
