18.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Winterson, Abreu, Bousquet, Lopes, Martins, Council President Morad and Councillor Gomes, requesting that a letter be sent to the Department of Conservation and Recreation, regarding the loss of freight vessels at the State Pier due to the lack of refrigeration; and further, that Governor Baker, Lt. Governor Polito and our State Delegation look into monies to move the refrigeration project forward which would extend the freight season and improve the future of our port.
