MORNING GLORY SEEDS

15. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that all garden and hardware stores within the City lines do a voluntary removal of the flower seeds “Morning Glory” from store shelves and easy access display areas, due to the growing concerns of this seed being used by young people to get high, similar to using LSD; and further, that letters be sent to the surrounding Towns of Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Acushnet and Mattapoisett, asking them to join us in the best interest of our communities, in making sure that no young person uses this seed to get high or possibly affect their health and well-being.
