22.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Coelho, Abreu, Winterson, Lopes, Martins and Rebeiro, requesting, that a letter be sent to Governor Baker and our State Legislative and Federal Delegations, asking that they look into policy to address the emergency of increasing repeat drug overdoses occurring in extreme numbers, emphasizing that we need to expand services for immediate relief for this issue; and further, this crisis is affecting all families on a daily basis and using up emergency services that the City can no longer afford.
