WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the Traffic Commission permanently make Walnut Street, east and west, between Acushnet Avenue and Second Street a TWO-WAY Street; and further, that the Traffic Commission take the same course of action on making Second Street, north and south, between Union Street and Walnut Street, a TWO-WAY Street permanently.
