WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the Committee on Public Safety and Neighborhoods meet with EMS Director Mark McGraw, to discuss EMS response time, equipment needs, and the numbers of requests for backup ambulance service in the City and what is the protocol when communication is requesting extreme emergency ambulance response; and further, that EMS Director McGraw provide the Committee with a breakdown of calls in a 24-hour period and a list of positions and duties within the EMS system.
