COMMUNICATION, Mayor Mitchell, to City Council, submitting a salary request for SCOT SERVIS, candidate for the appointment as Assistant Airport Manager, that Mr. Servis’ be placed at the top step of the Unit C salary schedule for Assistant Airport Manager which is $69,609; and also respectfully requesting, a PERMANENT RESIDENCY WAIVER for Mr. Servis who currently resides in Lakeville, MA.
