WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, once again, that the Administration and the Department of Public Infrastructure immediately replace the Christmas bows on the wreaths in the South End Business District along Brock Avenue and Rodney French Boulevard, this request was made during the last holiday season only to be ignored, image is everything when conducting business in the City and every business district deserves the same attention, the holiday season be observed with pride in a great City.
