1.         COMMUNICATION, 2016 City Council President, notifying of Organizational Meeting of City Council to be held on Monday, January 09, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., in City Council Chambers, for the following purpose:

a.              Organization of the City Council for the year 2017 – Election of President.

b.              Reappointments of Assistant City Solicitors for 2017.

c.              Appointment of Weighers of Merchandise for 2017.

d.              Reappointment of Legal Counsel to the City Council for 2017.
