9.     REPORT, Committee on Audit, recommending to the City Council to take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on the WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Lima, Lopes and Morad, requesting, now that Free Cash has been Certified, that the Audit Committee meet with Mary Sahady from Hague, Sahady & Company and CFO Ari Sky to discuss the City's financial condition prior to the Administration's presentation of the 2019 Fiscal Year budget.
