WRITTEN MOTION,  Council President Morad, requesting, on behalf of Barbara Martel, 3001 Acushnet Avenue, that a Handicap Parking spot be approved by the Traffic Commission on Essex Street, which is the immediate street on the west side of said address, the petitioner does not have a driveway and there is no access on the property from Acushnet Avenue.
