M2.     COMMUNICATION, Mayor Mitchell, to City Council, submitting a LOAN ORDER, appropriating $69,643.00 to pay the costs of improving River’s End Park for recreational purposes through the completion of Phase 2 of the Master Plan for River’s End, the amount authorized for this project by this Order shall be contingent upon the award of PARC19 grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the identification of additional grants, including but not limited to Community Preservation Act funding to support the required local match.
