10.     REPORT, Committee on Licensing and Zoning for Cannabis, recommending to the City Council to take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on the WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Abreu and Giesta, requesting, that the Administration and Solicitor's Office meet with the Special Committee on Licensing & Zoning for Cannabis to discuss the potential investor application and/or Request for Proposal (RFP) process, and how the Committee and Administration can collaborate on a process that is fair and transparent for all interested parties.
