11.     REPORT, Committee on Finance, recommending to the City Council ADOPTION of the LOAN ORDER, in the amount of $7,662,000.00 to pay the costs of upgrading and replacing the City’s public safety radio communications system, including but not limited to the fiber infrastructure and radio tower installations, detail study and conceptual design, licensing and infrastructure implementation.
