30.       WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Abreu, Lima, Lopes, Dunn and Giesta, requesting that the Administration and Committee on Ordinances work with our Department of Public Infrastructure, Police Department and Fire Department to establish an official citywide “parking ban” timeline Ordinance, which would automatically be enacted every time the forecasted weather predicts “plow-able” snowfall of two-plus inches, further, said timeline would be enacted from December 1^st to March 31^st of the following calendar year. The rationale behind such a “parking ban” timeline would be to avoid any further confusion going forward since the City currently has no official adopted/consistent policy regarding this matter.
