9. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting that the City Council go on record in opposition to locating anywhere in the City a Safe Injection Site Center; and further, that communications be sent to our City Department Heads and Commissioners including the Health Department, Planning Department and Inspectional Services notifying them that this Council is in opposition to a Safe Injection Site Center and that no permits be issued.
