COMMUNICATION, Tabitha Harkin, City Planner, to Councillor Hugh Dunn, Chairman, Committee on Ordinances, advising that the Planning Board held a public hearing on September  4, 2019 to discuss the proposed request for the rezoning of 183 Washington Street, Plot 36/Lot 378 from Residential B (RB) zone to Mixed-Use Business (MUB) zone; the Planning Board voted to send an UNFAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION, recommending the City Council deny the rezoning request for the above-mentioned parcel.
