COMMUNICATION/DEMOLITION, Anne Louro, Preservation Planner, to City Council, re: BUILDING DEMOLITION REVIEW OF 91-93 ADAMS STREET, (MAP 91, LOT 167) a Circa 1923, wood-framed two family residence – advising that “the structure is not located in a National Register Historic District; the structure suffered from a fire in July 2017, resulting in a roof collapse, according to a Structural Engineer assessment, the building is structurally compromised and beyond feasible rehabilitation, “in light of these findings, the Preservation Planner has determined that the building at 91-93 Adams Street is neither a Historically Significant nor a Preferably Preserved Building.”
