10.       WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting that the City close at dusk the entrances of the Frederick Street boat ramp on East Rodney French Boulevard with fencing or poles and chains this area has become a nuisance for residents and the Police Department with trespassing, loud music, drinking and disturbing the quality of life in the neighborhood; and further that the same course of action be taken on the south side of the hurricane dike’s parking area; this ramp’s parking area is presently used for boat launching and removal.
