WRITTEN MOTION, Council President Lopes, requesting, that our State Legislative Delegation send a letter to the Foundation Budget Review Commission in support of amending the Net School Spending Formula to include transportation costs as an eligible expenditure, and that the Massachusetts Municipal Association work with Cities and Towns across the Commonwealth to address this educational funding discrepancy.
