M1.      COMMUNICATION, Mayor Mitchell, to City Council, submitting AN ORDER authorizing the City to execute a parking easement from the City of New Bedford to Community Action for Better Housing, Inc. in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00); the purpose of the Easement is to rectify access issues for the new public safety building.
