WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Abreu, Council President Lopes, Councillors Baptiste and Giesta, requesting, that the New Bedford City Council send a letter to Southeastern Regional Transit Authority (SRTA), the Administration and New Bedford Health Department to discuss the feasibility of implementing a free public transportation plan for all City residents, especially our Seniors who do not have access to adequate transportation, to receive the COVID-19 vaccination when all of the MASS Covid-19 vaccination sites are all fully open and operational.
