WRITTEN MOTION, Council President Lopes, requesting on behalf of UMass Dartmouth’s  College of Visual & Performing Arts, that the following street be CLOSED: PURCHASE STREET, between Spring and Union Streets EVERY THURSDAY, FROM MARCH 4, 2021 UNTIL APRIL 29, 2021 FROM 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the purpose of a Visual and Performing Arts Series.
