16.     COMMUNICATION, Council President Lopes, submitting a copy of the letter from Director of Inspectional Services and Commissioner of Buildings, Danny Romanowicz, to Diana Henry, Chair of the Historical Commission, regarding the immediate demolition of 115, 117 and 121 Union Street, due to the fact that these buildings are health and safety hazards.
