6. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Carney and Giesta, requesting, that the Mayor designate 15 million dollars from the first installment of the American Rescue Plan Act money and 15 million dollars from next year’s allotment, totaling 30 million dollars to be given to the Department of Public Infrastructure, specifically to the Wastewater projects, so the City of New Bedford would not be in jeopardy of being fined by the EPA.
