WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Abreu and Markey, requesting that the owner of "Rubber Duck Car Wash" located at 2712 Acushnet Avenue, come before the Committee on Appointments & Briefings to discuss concerns which have been brought forth by the neighborhood and abutting property owners as it pertains to loud noises from its operations occurring at all hours of the night, since this location is a 24-hour/7-day per week operation.
