33. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Giesta, Carney, Abreu and Council President Lopes, requesting that the DFFM Commissioner Champagne, DPI Commissioner Ponte, Police Chief Oliveira, a Representative of the Mayor’s Office, a Representative of the Mayor’s Neighborhood Task Force and Andrew O'Leary, Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations, come before the Committee on Ordinances to discuss the enforcement of the current litter Ordinance or possible amendments to said Ordinance and the responsibility of residents and visitors to keep this City clean.
