6.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Markey, requesting that the Traffic Commission look into the feasibility of restricting 18 wheel tractor trailer trucks using the Phillips Road/Church Street exit off of Route 140 north, due the truck traffic on Phillips Road that is increasing as the Industrial Park grows and in anticipation of even more truck traffic due to the Parallel Products expansion, this stretch of road is mainly a residential neighborhood and there is a safety concern for the Residents of this area specifically the children and by limiting access this would put access to the Industrial Park on Braley Road off of Route 140 which is the main entranceway.
