10.       WRITTEN MOTION Councillor Morad, Council President Lopes and Councillor Gomes, requesting that the Administration provide the City Council with the protocols and procedures for assuring that the Administration’s vaccine/testing mandate is uniformly enforced among all employees to avoid any favoritism or exceptions for certain employees that is not provided equally to all employees.
