WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the Committee on Internal Affairs investigate how the bidding process was done for the former Phillips Avenue School located on Ashley Boulevard; and that the Committee be provided with all paperwork and bidding contracts submitted for this property; and further, that the Administration explain why former bidders on this property were not notified of the new bidding process on this building.
