7. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting that the Committee on Internal Affairs, meet with the Health Department’s Director, Damon Chaplin, for an explanation as to why the owner of Sunrise Bakery, located on Bolton and Rockland Streets, was treated by the Health Director in such a poor manner and why was the business shut down; and further that the Director of the Health Department be accompanied by the Inspector who took such action on Sunrise Bakery, along with a copy of the paperwork and/or citations given by the Health Department to a business that is a staple in that community. (To be Referred to the Committee on Internal Affairs.)
