6.     WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Morad, requesting that the City Council create an Ad Hoc Committee of five Councillors specifically for the purpose of meeting with City Clerk Dennis Farias and Legislative Counsel David Gerwatowski to review and recommend revision to the City Council Rules of Order (last updated in in July 2003), said revisions from the Ad Hoc Committee will be submitted to the full City Council for adoption and the Ad Hoc Committee will then be dissolved.
