2.         REPORT, Committee on Finance, recommending to the City Council Approval of the ORDER, AS AMENDED, that the City Council agrees to the terms and conditions in the proposed “Grant Agreement (ARPA)” between Bristol County and the City of New Bedford and authorized members of the City Council to execute said grant agreement  Nothing in this order shall be construed as the City Council’s approval of expenditures of ARPA grant funds that may be received by the city from Bristol County.
