2. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Gomes, requesting, that the Committee on Public Safety and Neighborhoods meet with Police Chief Paul Oliveira, Police Department’s Traffic Division’s Sgt. Scott Liberty, Parks, Recreation and Beaches Director, Mary Rapoza, the Traffic Commission, Department of Public Infrastructure Commissioner Jamie Ponte, a Representative from the Administration and a representative from Cisco’s Brewery, for the purpose of putting together a comprehensive plan for the area of East and West beaches and Cisco Brewery to deal with the speeding, traffic, beach parking rules, quality of life issues within the neighborhoods, along with the possibility of implementing seasonal resident parking, and rules and regulations to be followed by tourists visiting the parks, beaches and attractions during the summer season.
