COMMUNICATION, Jennifer Carloni, Director, City Planning, to Councillor Hugh Dunn, Chairman, Committee on Ordinances, advising that the Planning Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, to discuss the Written Motion by Councillor Dunn requesting that 19 Hathaway Road (Map 101/Lot 8) be rezoned from Mixed Use Business/Industrial B to INDUSTRIAL B in its entirety; the Planning Board voted to send a FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION, recommending that the City Council approve the request to rezone 19 Hathaway Road (Map 101/Lot 8) from Mixed Use Business/Industrial B to INDUSTRIAL B in its entirety, and further recommends that the Council expand the request to include Lot 101-1.
