35. WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Lima and Council President Abreu, requesting, that the New Bedford City Council in connection with the City of New Bedford’s Human Relations Commission support the “Interfaith Solidarity Walk For Ukraine” in Fall River on May 1, 2022 starting at the Blessed Trinity Polish National Catholic Church, stopping at Saint Stanislaus Church and ending at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church,  this walk is a collaboration of the United Interfaith Action of Southeastern Massachusetts, the Inter-Church Council of Greater New Bedford, and the Greater Fall River Council of Churches who together stand against the oppression and human rights violations that are being committed against people in Ukraine.
