WRITTEN MOTION, Councillors Gomes and Morad, petitioning on behalf of Lynnette Lawton that the Traffic Commission install a handicap parking spot at 46 Capitol Street, (copy of the Petition, Handicap Placard and the letter from the property owner are being submitted with said Petition); and further that the Traffic Commission remove the handicap parking sign previously installed at Ms. Lawton’s former address at 28 Dudley Street.
