16. REPORT, Committee on Appointments & Briefings, recommending to the City Council to take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on the WRITTEN MOTION, Council President Gomes, requesting that the Director of Parks, Recreation and Beaches, Mary Rapoza, look into installing Expression Swings in parks throughout the City, the recreational swings allow parents and infants or young children to swing together face-to-face in one unit; and further, that we look at Community Development monies to assist in this project.
