REPORT, Committee on Ordinances, recommending to the City Council to take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on the WRITTEN MOTION, Council President Lopes, requesting, that the Committee on Ordinances and City Planner Tabitha Harkin collaborate on amending the existing Planning Board application process, to require that all commercial property applicants be required to submit a vegetation management plan and litter management plan to the Planning Board as part of Planning Board Applications and approval process.
