21. REPORT, Committee on Ordinances, recommending to the City Council to take “NO FURTHER ACTION” on the WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Morad, Council President Lopes and Councillor Gomes, requesting that the Administration provide the City Council with the protocols and procedures for assuring that the Administration’s vaccine/testing mandate is uniformly enforced among all employees to avoid any favoritism or exceptions for certain employees that is not provided equally to all employees, and further that the Administration supply to the Committee on Ordinance the protocols and procedures requested prior to the item being discussed in the Committee on Ordinances.
