WRITTEN MOTION Councillor Carney, requesting that the Committee on Finance meet with the Director of Labor Relations, the Interim CFO, the City Auditor and the Administrator of the ARPA funds to address the feasibility of developing a bonus structure and payout for City employees who worked in person during the periods of time that many workplaces were shut down due to COVID-19.
