COMMUNICATION, Jennifer Carloni, Director, City Planning, to Councillor Hugh Dunn, Chairman, Ordinance Committee, advising that the Planning Board held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, regarding the proposed request for recommendation of the Hicks Logan Area Redevelopment Plan. The Planning Board sends a FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION for the adoption of the plan and finds that this plan is in conformance with the City’s 2020 Master Plan. During the same hearing, the Board also reviewed the Hicks Logan District Zoning Ordinance amendment and sends a FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION for the Hicks Logan District zoning amendment.
