18. REPORT, Committee on Ordinances, recommending that the City Council amend the New Bedford MacArthur Drive Area Redevelopment Plan by striking the tax credit language found in four places in the plan and recommending to the City Council ADOPTION of the ORDINANCE and the ORDER, approving the New Bedford MacArthur Drive Redevelopment Plan, as amended.
