WRITTEN MOTION, Council President Morad, requesting, that Committee on Ordinances revise Chapter 2 - Section 58, by striking the paragraph:  Each standing committee shall consist of five (5) Councillors except the Committees on Ordinances, Finance, Appointments and Briefings Public Safety and Neighborhoods and City Property, which shall consist of all members of the City Council and replace said paragraph with: Each standing committee shall consist of five (5) Councillors except the Committees on Ordinances, Finance, Appointments and Briefings, Public Safety and Neighborhoods, City Property, and Veterans Affairs, Elderly, Youth, Health, Housing and Disability Issues which shall consist of all members of the City Council.
