WRITTEN MOTION, Councillor Pereira, Council President Morad, Councillors Lima, Giesta and Abreu, requesting that the City Council send a letter to the Department of Public Health Commissioner Margaret Cooke and the Public Safety Secretary Terrence Reidy in support of Senator Mark Montigny’s recent correspondence to reconsider the decision to delay the implementation of Nero's Law and urging them to require that the necessary training of Emergency Medical personnel be completed within 90 days so that Nero's Law can be fully implemented.
